Fat Prawn

Thailand Tiger Prawn.. It doesn't look like the local ones..
The colour of the stripes on its body is less dark..
HAHAHA.. Im not the pro here but common sense lah..

So huge.. I think one if this is 100g - 150g.. Hehehe.. So darn fat like lobster!


Firstly, split it into half.. Marinate with black pepper, garlic, rosemary and salt..
Later on, place some hollandaise sauce on the flesh before baking..

Hollandaise sauce: Clarified butter whipped with egg yolk..


Bake it under hot oven for a few minutes until the skin turns bright red..
Since I have not much ingredients, I have to serve the baked prawn with some asparagus..
Oh.. And the yellow thing is the hollandaise sauce..


Ugh.. Platting for prawn is not easy.. Haha..
Not really nice tho..

I shall try again next time..
Can't wait for nandos tonight!

Err.. FAT SALMON anyone?
