Finally, the pastry exam..

Ello folks.. Mr. Long stated that TESCO will be opening a new branch @ Tg Tokong Reclaimed land of Uda Development Authority (UDA).. So, his son says that it will jeopardise the income of Tg Bunga market 'ah ees' and 'ah pek'.
I the other way does not agree with him ;)

1) I only buy tesco stuffs when it comes to party.
2) Wet market vege are from Cameroon Highlands and the 'kampung' area @ Tg Bunga.
3) Fresh pork is available in the wet market.
4) Can eat koay teow th'ng and chit chat till the roof falls.. Wan Than Mee uncle sells wan than mee for 24 hours..
5) Tesco sells 'old female chicken' without stating it.. They only says AYAM MURAH -.-'
6) So, you tell me..

The manual sewing machine

Belongs to my late grandmother.. According to dad, this is one of her beloved fortune.. Hmm.. Does anyone know why people use yellow cloth to clean the antique?
Years had passed but I can rarely find a scratch on this baby.. Seehow hardworking and caring my grandmother was..
Just wondering, is there still anyone use manual way to sew clothes with this kind of machine??

Brownie

Final Practical exam delayed from 17th November to this Friday.. So my brother and Bala wanted to revise the cooking method for this coming exam.. I joined them and we did 6 types of pastry product on Saturday night itself.. Lol.. If you wonder why there are only brownies picture left that is because we had finished them before we could even take the pictures..

The white thing is called 'Royal Icing,' ever heard of that? It tastes sweet and sour..

Simply decorate.. Simple eat and simply digest..

Those are to be delivered.. However, we only delivered to SHERpig as she was the only one awake at 2am in the next morning...

Exams drawing nearer.. Two more weeks and we will be having the first kitchen practical exam.. Ofcourse everyone wants an 'A' right? So we need to do something about it.. Besides baking, we need to eat.. Or make other people as the 'guinea pigs'. We made everything in duckie house =p

Beach de Party part 1

Legend Beach Party x Jin Shan's Birthday + Lamb = Halloween? XD
But, we have the fun and the foods..
Seniors were BBq-ing and Long (legend administrator) have to be the one delivering/ distribute the cooked foods to the hungry ghosts.. Here goes the process..

This is how you marinate lamb and miami butcher sausage:
1) Mix corn oil, L&P sauce, HP sauce, paprika, cajun spices, capsicum, sweet onion, fresh thyme, black pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

2) Slice lemon and arrange them nicely one by one on each piece of lamb shoulder marinated with (1).
3) Half a day is enough for the marination.
4) Bbq the meat with capsicum and onion on..
Finally,

5) If this recipe doesn't work, you'd better slice your tongue out.. -,-'' If success, chia me eat a piece will do..

Dig a hole about 1 feet deep and rectangular in shape on the beach. Place the charcoal into the hole. Make sure you dry the charcoal before using them. This is to avoid smoke and the charcoal to burst.. Lol.. Arrange a few bricks at the edge of the rectangle hole.. Place a wire gauze or chicken wire on the bricks and then clamp it with a few bricks again.. Make sure there are a hole available to load new charcoal ;) This shall do the trick..

After party, they came to my house..
From left, Mike-> Nike SB Guns and Roses -> Bala -> Shiro pi -> Clayton.. The rest were in my house.. I think?

Ahhh, that's the miami butcher sausage im talking about.. Believe me, you wont regret chewing on them.. But, the Miami Butcher don't want to sell us their products and asked us to get it from Muthu Frozen Food in Tg Bunga.. Cheh~

But i am really sad.. Depress much.. Everyone who sees me says im FAT..
But im much FAIR-er than last time..
We had LEGEND reunion beach party last night and Ms ONG was there.. She could remember me and my name.. She never taught me but was my previous head discipline teacher..
I think its because of all the 'good' things i've done to the school..

Met Mr. See Tho the other day.. Just the same few words i heard from them.. lols..
Certainly my reason is IM in CULINARY studies maa..

Then Mr. Howell.. And the lists goes on..

Anyway, this year's Halloween was really good although i don't really celebrate it.. Congrats to Lembu for his success in the KDU Halloween catering.. XDXD

Ahh.. time for cardio, eat less and sleep more ;)
