Midnight BBQ and Booze

Few days later we will be back to college.. New semester, new chefs and new subjects? LOL
So, we had a small BBQ to celebrate the end of our holidays?
It was a last minute planning tho.. Still worked out!

This is 'flambe' aka pour some rum(alcohol) on the lamb.. Actually, we had a small problem in starting the fire as we forgot to buy the fire STARTER!
Err.. Mind note.. Don't go BBQ without FIRE STARTER! Unless you bring Potassium permanganate and Glycerin ( Correct ah? ).. My mad scientist teach one.. Huhu..

Lamb in the cup.. All are Bbq-ed by our chef de chicken, Reese.. Chicken chef also cook lamb?

Only got lamb, Miami cheezy sausage and a few prawns..
