Tiram miss you..

Second experiment on the tiramisu cake.. I got this recipe from a senior and actually it is the 'classic tiramisu' recipe.. Hmm.. Classic tiramisu is not as hard as the modern ones.. They are watery like the Bavarious Cream from Germany.. Will harden only if you throw the cream into freezer and they are usually served in a glass because of the soft texture.. The cake one uses confectioners sugar whipped with mascarpone cheese so that it remains hard.. Don't need the egg yolk!

How sad I have mistaken it.. But then the taste is awesome lah.. Haha..

One slice..

The main ingredient for all tiramisu.. Mascarpone cheese.. It is hard to find this product in the market.. Mostly can get from frozen food suppliers only..

After chilling and freezing.. I manage to get the shape.. Not bad lah..

As usual, sprinkle unsweetened coco powder on the cake top..

Then garnish with shaved dark chocolate..
The next time I make.. I will publish the recipe lah..

Good night.. Time to take a long sleep, preparing for the long day in college tomorrow..
