Finally, the pastry exam..
Came, see & conqured!
I got no.6 for lucky draw.. So i have to present the man with a Black Forest Gateau..
Then, i finally present him with this after 1 1/2 hours of doing the nonsense..

Whip the batter till hand wanna break already..
Cuz not allowed to use machine.. =(
