Finger Food Licking Good

Final exams are finally over..
I will be growing mushroom till the next semester starts.. And post like a poser @ PISA on the 12th to 15th for some chef event.. Better not write the name if not later the whole world can find my page -.-'
Made some chicken boxing with the chicken wings..

First, strip the flesh from the bone.. Throw away the mini tendons..

Coat it with batter.. What also can lah.. Better if use bread crumps.. I don't have you see..

Finally.. Serve with chili sauce or mayonaise lah..

Oh ya.. I found out that the mini cucumber tastes better than the huge one.. The miniature is as sweet as the Japanese ones..
