Lamb type Halal

My friend here was fully exported from Australia and was certified as safe to be eaten says HACCP.. Why i post this is because my japeno friend was so curious to see Mr. Lamb being cut into pieces..

The whole lamb without head..

And those are the tenderloin, loin, boneless shank and bone-in shank..

The ribs and shoulder..

Cooked ribs..

Kurma goes well together with lamb.. Karma doesn't..

Satay/Kebab from Bala and Yogen..
