tart sized 'Quiche Lorraine' and friends..

Tart crust.. flour, butter and salt.. Pre-bake the crust..

Quiche lorraine stuffings.. Sweet onion, bacon, 4 eggs, cream, milk, paprika powder and serai.

Saute the onion and bacon together then pour the liquid mixture into the crust..

Bake again for 20 minutes.. Avoid being burnt.. =)

fruits tart..

almond and peach tart..

jam tart..

egg tart..

and finally, picture of the day.. Hmmm.. Look at the two hands behind my lecturer.. kekeke...
