Butchery, Preparation Kitchen, KDU PG campus.. Erm.. Presents Roast Turkey!

6.9kg turkey marinated with Chef Aravin's favourite roasting ingredients.
Hmm. HP & LP is his favourite sauce. :)

Tadaa! Then the whole bird turned out into a 'spring' chicken size? Naahh.. Just Joking larr..

Nevermind lar horr.. Look at the juicy breast meat! The 'goujon' was stolen by some monkeys in the class -.-'

And added with Chef Aravin's special sauce.. You'd better drool!
The five of us will try this some day.. So stay tuned for our poultry & cooking :)
