Styrofoam Carving

The last class CAD subject offered is the Styrofoam Carving class.. Glad we are not taught by the same lecturer as the Butter Class.. Those who read my blog would know why.. So, Chef Syam took over the Styrofoam class and we are given the freedom to choose our design.. 4 classes were given only cause of short semester so some of us took the project home while others did theirs in the storeroom..


Our Group B products: Scorpion, Taj Mahal, F1, Lobster Sculpture and Sydney Opera House..

This is how styrofoam look like before it is coloured.. Duh? Thinner can be used to creat effects on the styrofoam.. It is corrosive!


Putting up some of the parts.. Supervised by Shiro Pi.. We worked till 4am to complete the colours.. We fix everything in the class room the next day..


Class room(107) the chef's so-called art room? Some people are so stupid they wipe the butter under the desks or chairs.. Morons! If any possibilities you came across this class room, do be-ca-re-ful!

Stick Bistro

Ever heard of Stick Bistro?

Stick is located at Queensbay! Just outside QB..

The lady in red introduced us to Stick.. Lembu was waiting for us cause we were late, sorry!


The juice.. Cheap but small.. We had a flaming lamborghini but I don't have any pic of it.. They took video! LOL! Stick has the cheapest Flaming Lambo.. Could not remember how much but I think it was only RM25 provided with the cooling milk..

Chef Francis Fusion Western Food

Francis Western Food finally moved to Poly Cafe in Pulau Tikus! There are some parking spaces available.. When they are at the opposite coffee shop, really tarak parking! Francis Western Food only open in the evening till 10pm and closed on Wednesday.. We went over to try, the food is good, food served 1 hr 45 minutes after order and guess who are the customers?
Oldies.. I think we were the youngest customer there.. If you are able to wait.. You can enjoy Chef Francis personally prepared fusion recipe!


Ah Belle's Salmon.. Looks juicy! Really yummy!


Ah Gu's Pork Ribs.. Totally off.. The meat is hard not juicy.. It stuck between your teeth i really love the Smoky Jack's one! Melts in the mouth!! But the sauce is quite good! And the price is ofcourse cheaper!


Baked Chicken.. Baked stuffs are recommended here!

Braised Lamb! Written there 100% tender but I think 60% only.. if want 100% sure must use chops already.. Bwahahaha!


The sidelines is good.. Refreshing Coleslaw with canned pineapple.. Potato salad that have red onion and parsley.. And not forgetting the baguette herb bread which is so soft!

So if you are willing to wait.. I don't think the price is a problem to you..

Panas Panas Days..

Chinese New Year time is the hottest season in Penang! Agree? No rain, hardcore weather and glaring sun! I was craving for Ice Kacang after influenced by SAW and suddenly it became my favourite dessert. FTW right? The next one im going to hike up Penang Hill and hope the stalls are still operating..


So i influenced Obala and made him drive us all to New World Park! Do you know before NWP was built, we often had Ice Kacang at the Swatow Lane hawker.. That was the time when Ice Kacang is superb! Now, the taste run thousand km away alreay after moving into NWP.. Sigh!


Cendol! I like cendol noodle that is not frozen.. Some people don't soak the noodle thus it is frozen.. When you bite it, you'll get brain freezr.. Haha.. Penang Road one is better recommended.. But the taste also vary d.. Grrr!

20 Years Old Already!

Hello People! My friends and I celebrated my 20th Apek Birthday @ my place on the eve, 12th Feb 2010.. The main organizer for the event is Huan Yeang and Bala.. They even did the plannings.. My parents sponsored the Steamboat, friends with BBQ stuffs and canape.. I made desserts too.. It was an awesome night to spend with them all! Thank You guys! They even give me suporbly awesome presents, a CK tee, Fcuk tee, CK IN2U, Medals, liquor and etc etc!


My cake! I can only see it at 12 midnight when it was 13th Feb! Haha.. Birthday boy also kena torture.. Luckily then don't tear my underwear and pour chicken eggs on me XP
