Woah! Thanks to the 40+ people who had supported us all this while..
And for those who want to try the food we cook, it is on every Friday..
Yups, we need to get 20 people to dine-in every week or we will fail!!~
Soon, we will have to find at least 50 people or more every week when the A la carte menu starts.. Fuyoh!


On 24/4/2009, we will be serving two sets! Hope more will come and support us!

SET A: Cream of Broccoli soup, Beef Steak with Black Pepper Sauce and Cream Caramel.
SET B: Cream of Broccoli soup, Chicken Cordon Bleu and Cream Caramel.

And again, if you are interested, do contact me here or sms me @ 0164089249 before Tuesday! Or I will go hunt my friends to buy the tickets and there will be no more left..
I will personally visit you to deliver the tickets alright! HEH!

Yesterday, we serve this:

Chicken soup accompanied with cheese stick.. We made those cheese sticks from puff pastry and parmesan cheese which we don't have it in our recipe!
Anyway, I have some bad comments on the soup recipe.. But I shall keep it to myself lah.. Sigh..
What to do when you got a junior lecturer?

Main course: Fish and wedges accompanied with KDU tartar sauce and coleslaw.. First, we have a huge dilemma.. Imagine ordering 1kg of fish for 20 people? Then luckily the supplier got more dory fish fillet or we shall close shop!
Again,it was the lecturer's fault!

Bread and Butter pudding.. The recipe sarks! Then Bala and Gareth improvise on it or we shall serve stone pudding -.-'

Pool day, Saturday..

Someone is back from KL lur~~
The girl who ran away from KL and landed back to Penang on Good Friday..
Haha.. We took this opportunity to grab hold of her and watched some girly movie, played pool and eat tang yuen.. Oh ya.. She came and invade my place too.. To see shiro my fluff ball doggie..

Then some stew-pig, bus-third again made some graffiti on the table.. The worker was so darn frustrated.. Heh..

We are Guinea Pigs too..

Aisheh! Today is the day where we have our first Food Production class..
And Today is our Lecturer's FIRST Food Production class too! She just joined the KDU lecture team after graduated from some technic college.. So, we the Group B people are less fortunate as some of the things we learn are very basic..

Anyway, everyone is very excited..

This dude is my brother.. He is the one who cook the chicken for our main course..
He is now our chicken chef.. HAHA!

Mushroom soup with croutons and garnished with parsley.. Wonder why the soup turns salty after simmering.. Someone must have sabotaj us -.-'

Main course.. Black pepper Chicken accompanied with wedges and fresh vegetables..
I had a bite of if at the end of the class.. Yummy!

Chocolate Triffle.. Contains chocolate sponge cake (cube), Nata d coco, mix fruits, pastry cream and strawberry jelly..
It is then garnished with chocolate sauce, coco powder, whipped cream and fresh strawberries..

Uhhah! This is me! Lol.. They say i look like a sushi chef..

Looking for lunch on FRIDAY(s)?

On every Friday, my friends and I will be serving 3 course meal.. Yes, we are cooking!
Venue of our operation is at KDU Bon Appetit Restaurant (Right infront @ the foyer)..
1200-1400 hours..
Yes, everyone is able to dine-in..

However, you need to get the tickets before Friday of every week..
Limited seats only.. Yalah, can get the tickets thru me or any other kitchen staff members on duty..
We will be cooking on Fridays until the mid of semester or further notice..

Just what I think..

Why like that? Thanks to the TB lor! He/She don't know do what magic to the lecturer..
Suddenly the later intake people got into group A..
Hoi we're your senior 1 semester okay!?
So, Tuesday and Thursday we have to either start class so freakin early as 8am or rest for 5 hours in college before another class that is till 8pm..
KDU has night class lo! Don't play play..

Meanwhile, while waiting for the time to pass, we spent our time in the iLab aka Internet lab lo.. Play cs, online and scope pretty girls.. Manatahu, cannot play games wor..
Chey, then we pay so much don't need to use facilities?
And the printer/ photocopy machine everyday also hang during lunch hours.. what is this?

So, we pindah rumah (move house) to the libruary..
Yeah, I've finally registered my library card..
With 4 cards we can have the access to the discussion room.. Our plan was to go into the room and sleep.. Then, bring a stack of books pretending like we were actually reading just now..

Seriously, the pictures in the book are interesting but the words will kill your eyes slowly..
Soon you will see me in spectacles.. Or you already did? Hmm..

Lol, after a whole day this and that, class finally over and we went over to GSC..
Student price ticket - RM6.00 what? Reasonable..
After movie, the stupid downpour came.. Luckily master skilled Bala drove us home.. If not u can see my car skid here and there like surfing already..
