Bravo Uniform Sierra Yankee days..

Busy, Busy and Busy till no time update my blog.. College 3 days a week but 8 hours a day in the KITCHEN! LOLs.. Tiring but fun : ) Cause of replacement and stuffs..

So today, THURSDAY, i had my holiday.. My friends and I went over to TESCO to get ready some fresh items for this Saturday BBQ night.. Should have a deal with the 'raingod' and hope he don't pour 'air suci' on the holy night? Keke..

After shopping, we went over to Island Glades food centre ( Near Hamid Khan) for dinner.. Tried something new.. Char Koay Kak with plenty of Duck and chicken eggs.. Everyone should try some one of these days ^^

Went home and started business.. SPECTRUM reflective caps..

Today, my brother and I tried something we had learnt from the kitchen.. The CHICKEN business! Heih Heih..

Then i deboned the whole chicken! And it became Boneless chicken.. Haha.. Felt a lil guilty cuz ponteng English class this morning -.-''

Christmas comes early?

Butchery, Preparation Kitchen, KDU PG campus.. Erm.. Presents Roast Turkey!

6.9kg turkey marinated with Chef Aravin's favourite roasting ingredients.
Hmm. HP & LP is his favourite sauce. :)

Tadaa! Then the whole bird turned out into a 'spring' chicken size? Naahh.. Just Joking larr..

Nevermind lar horr.. Look at the juicy breast meat! The 'goujon' was stolen by some monkeys in the class -.-'
